MiBand Notify and Huawei Band Notify are companion apps that enhance the notification experience on your fitness band or smartwatch. They provide more control over which apps can send notifications to your device, allow custom vibration patterns, and offer advanced filtering options not available in the official apps.

Do I need to uninstall the official app?

No, our apps work alongside the official apps. You'll still need the official app (Mi Fit/Zepp Life or Huawei Health) for features like activity tracking, sleep monitoring, and firmware updates. Our apps focus specifically on enhancing the notification experience.

Are these apps free?

Yes, both apps are completely free. We don't show ads or collect your data. The apps are available on Google Play Store and Huawei App Store.

Privacy & Security

Do you collect my data?

No, we don't collect any personal data. Our apps work entirely on your device and don't send any information to our servers. We don't track your usage, read your notifications content, or collect any personal information.

Why does the app need notification access?

Our apps need notification access to detect when notifications arrive on your phone and forward them to your fitness band. This is necessary for the core functionality of the app. We only use this permission to send notifications to your band and don't store or transmit notification content.

Is the app code secure?

Yes, both apps are built with security in mind. We follow best practices for secure coding and regularly update our apps to address any potential vulnerabilities. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

Troubleshooting

Why am I not receiving notifications?

There are several possible reasons:

  • Make sure you've granted notification access to the app
  • Check that Bluetooth is enabled and your band is connected
  • Verify that the app is not in battery optimization/doze mode
  • Ensure that the app you want to receive notifications from is selected in the app settings
  • Try restarting both your phone and fitness band

Why is my band's battery draining faster?

If you notice increased battery drain after installing our app, it could be due to:

The app keeps disconnecting from my band

Which Mi Band models are supported?

MiBand Notify supports all Mi Band models, including:

  • Mi Band 7 and 7 Pro
  • Mi Band 6 and 6 NFC
  • Mi Band 5
  • Mi Band 4
  • Mi Band 3
  • Mi Band 2
  • Mi Band 1 and 1S

Note that some advanced features may not be available on older models due to hardware limitations.

Does it work with Amazfit devices?

Mi Band Features

Can I customize vibration patterns?

Yes, MiBand Notify allows you to create custom vibration patterns for different apps. You can set different patterns for calls, messages, emails, and other notifications to easily identify them without looking at your phone.

Can I see app icons on my Mi Band?

App icons are supported on Mi Band 4 and newer models. Older models (Mi Band 3, 2, and 1) don't have displays capable of showing app icons, but they will still receive notifications with custom vibration patterns.

Which Huawei Band models are supported?

Huawei Band Notify supports most Huawei Band models, including:

  • Huawei Band 7

Does it work with Huawei phones?
