Mi Band 7 firmware limitations

The Mi Band 7 firmware is limiting the Notify app capabilities and what it can do.
Please avoid to install any newer firmware update to avoid lost additional Notify app features

What is not working on new firmware

Official app is required

  • Custom icon for app notifications
  • Calls (including VOIP)
  • Custom vibrations (test vibrate, find my phone, custom alerts, ...)
  • Workouts data sync from smartwatch
  • Workout info displayed on smartwatch when workout is started from Notify app
  • Devices settings (menu order, weather, ...)
  • Firmware upload
